    When Kaiarataki have been part of the mentoring process over time then their Educating Hearts and Minds Kaiāraihi can support them through their ERO review.

Mentoring - Coaching - Professional Growth Cycle

  • Individual mentoring/coaching for kaiako and or leaders.
    This is a partnership in learning as our Professional Growth Kaiārahi support kaiako and leaders to continue to stretch and grow their professional practice.

Leadership Mentoring - PGC - IE and Compliance Support

  • This is a full wrap around support. Particularly useful for governance boards unsure about what wise governance and management look like. Or for new leaders

All professional growth cycles/appraisals are based on the Professional Standards, Tātaiako, Tapasā, and Educational Leadership Capability Framework and underpinned by Te Whāriki.  

Kanohi ki te kanohi, online conferencing, or online support hours can be varied to ensure you get the right dose of professional support. By giving you an idea of what support hours are available we have several options or we can then create something for you that is unique and responsive to your setting ensuring that you are getting the professional support that you need.

  • 3 x meeting per year - 4.5 hours

    1 PGC/appraisal meeting per year - 2 hours

    Online support - 4 hours.

    This includes access to a Professional Learning Network, online resources and webinars.

    Total 10.5 hours per year
